Giulia Petrini is a PhD student in Metrology at the Italian National Metrology Institute (INRiM) and the University of Turin. She received her Master’s Degree in Physics of Advanced Technologies from the University of Turin in 2019, with a thesis on the electrical control of luminescent defects in artificial diamonds. Her research focuses on quantum optics, in particular on the implementation of diamond devices suitable for the electromagnetic fields and temperature gradients detection.
