Pauline obtained her Ph.D. from Sorbonne Université in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Nicolas Treps. In Paris, she developed new applications of spatial multiplexing, such as the use of modal analysis for distance measurement, and new analysis tools thereof. She joined the Quantum Optics team of INRIM in 2020 where she studies how transverse mode shaping may improve sensitivities, in quantum imaging and sensing.
